NEWS -

    dev/int databases are up on minos03, off of dba64
    Monte Carlo (Carrot) data is declared to SAM

OPEN ISSUES

IT 1894: Requested sam locate via C++ api, for simple client needs 
    Need this for requested Minos framework improvements

IT 1751: Need to select multiple parameters
    Need this to make use of Monte Carlo parameters,
        to avoid selecting based on file name.

IT 1967: How to use 'sam null volume synch' / 'sam dccp synch' 
    Need this for declaration of raw and reco data in DCache,
    expect to resolve this on our end shortly
   
IT 2071: quadratic project startup time growth (from Nov 1 2005)
    Worked around by adding sam.pingProject
