Abstract:

This talk will present our work on vulnerability assessment of grid software. The first part of the talk will describe the methodology that we use in the assessment, techniques used, the types of vulnerabilities we are looking for, and our procedures for vulnerability reporting. The second part of the talk will describe the results thus far from applying the methodology to two grid software packages:
University of Wisconsin's Condor project (http://www.wisc.edu/condor)
and San Diego Supercomputer Center's Storage Resource Broker
(http://www.sdsc.edu/srb).
