Abstract:

In a previous document, we presented three proposals
addressing the issue of a desired "Root/COBRA interface."
Verbal and email reactions to that document indicated
that there was not yet agreement on the requirements or their priorities. Both the main proposal in section 3
and the alternative proposal of section 4.2 received
some support.

In this document, we re-present those two proposals,
and compare and contrast them with each other and with
the existing COBRA framework.
