- To truly provide the lab with a 24x7 Helpdesk service all compnents of the Helpdesk system must be on 24x7 supported systems. Presently the Oracle database used by Reemdy is not. This design note outlines the hardware needed to move the Remedy Oracle server to a 24x7 system.
